This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies Futurity Technologies PTE. LTD ("Futurity", "we", "us", or "our") uses on our platform at https://futurity.work and related services. It explains what these technologies are, why we use them, and your choices regarding their use.

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile) when you visit a website. Futurity uses a limited number of cookies, all of which serve functional or analytical purposes. We do not use cookies for advertising or behavioural tracking.

Essential Cookies

These cookies are strictly necessary for the platform to function. They cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.

Both cookies are set with the Secure flag (transmitted over HTTPS only) and SameSite=Strict (not sent with cross-site requests). They are only set after you log in and are removed when you log out.

Local Storage

In addition to cookies, we use browser local storage to cache your session data (user profile and organisation information) for performance. This data is stored under the key user-session and is cleared when you log out.

We use the following third-party services to monitor platform health and performance. These services may set their own cookies or use similar tracking technologies:

• Sentry — Error tracking and performance monitoring. Sentry collects error reports, stack traces, and performance metrics to help us identify and fix issues. Data is transmitted through our own domain (/monitoring) rather than directly to Sentry's servers. Sentry's privacy policy is available at https://sentry.io/privacy/.
• Vercel Analytics — Collects anonymised web performance metrics (Core Web Vitals) to help us measure and improve page load times. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies and does not track individual users. Vercel's privacy policy is available at https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Futurity does not serve third-party advertising cookies. The only third-party script that may set cookies is Google's sign-in client, which is loaded to enable Google OAuth authentication. Google's cookies are governed by Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Since all cookies used by Futurity are strictly necessary for authentication, there is no optional cookie consent mechanism. If you disable cookies entirely in your browser settings, you will not be able to log in to or use the platform.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings:

• View cookies: Most browsers allow you to view which cookies are stored and delete them individually.
• Block cookies: You can configure your browser to block all cookies or only third-party cookies. Note that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from using the platform.
